Our 2024-25 Season continues with an emotional performance that has become an annual event for Authenticity Theater: A staged reading of the classic "The Diary of Anne Frank," by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett. Directed by Jessica Mesnick. "The Diary of Anne Frank" is a poignant adaptation of Anne Frank's memoir of her life in hiding during the Holocaust, evading Nazi persecution. Through Anne’s diary entries, the world sees into her thoughts, dreams, and struggles. A timeless story that shows hope, resilience, and the human spirit in the face of oppression, and a powerful reminder of the atrocities of war and a story too important to ever be forgotten. 2 performances - Friday December 6th and Saturday December 7th at 8:00pm at The Warehouse/Frat Pack Production in Scottdale, GA. Starring Miles Snow and Lilly Nelson as Otto and Mrs. Frank, Carson Hebblethwaite as Anne, Alexis Presley as Margot, John Buisman as Mr. Kraler, Samantha Raeburn as Miep, Charles Bohanan and Lainie Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan, Ethan Carpenter as Peter, and Johnathan Goldthwaite as Mr. Dussel. Narrated by Mike Billips.
Authenticity Theater is at 1105 Euclid Ave NE, Atlanta, GA.
