Doubt, A Parable brings a gripping storm of suspicion and scandal where no simple truths or answers exist. Set against the backdrop of a 1960s America in the midst of political and social change, a progressive young priests conduct comes under question by one of the sisters, whose beliefs are deeply rooted in a stern and unquestionable tradition. As the suspicion mounts, the two are drawn into a battle of wills that threatens irrevocable consequences for all involved. In this powerful story, doubt lies in the mind of everyone involved. Dont miss this outstanding 2005 Pulitzer Prize winning drama which also won four Tony Awards and five Drama Desk Awards including Best New Play for both.
