SPECIAL GUEST Ken Ard was last seen on Broadway in the role he originated in "Smokey Joe's Cafe". Other original Broadway credits include Macavity in "Cats", Electra in "Starlight Express" and Pluton in "Dangerous Games". He took over the role of The Chimney Man opposite the late great Gregory Hines in "Jelly's Last Jam". He also appears as Wilbur in the film "Chicago". Ken was honored to standby for André DeShields in the East Coast premiere of the musical "Half Time" at Papermill Playhouse and starred in Duke Ellington's "Sophisticated Ladies" at NJPAC directed/ conceived by Mr. DeShields.
