When Eric, an overeducated and underemployed professor, begins researching the history of his father Rex’s property in Virginia, he thinks he’s going to write a horror story. What emerges is something far more profitable. In 237 Virginia Avenue two actors portray ten characters tumbling through 400 years of American history in this darkly comedic new play that asks, what are you willing to sacrifice for the American Dream?
