Durango Youth Theatre presents Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka Jr. - a sweet treat for theatre lovers of all ages. Join the Durango Arts Center for a telling of this classic candy tale. A sweet boy, from a poor family, dreams of finding one of five golden tickets hidden inside chocolate bar wrappers which will admit him to the eccentric Willy Wonka's magical factory. One after another, tickets are discovered by ghastly children - but will little Charlie find the last remaining one and have all his dreams come true? Come join us for some pure imagination and rediscover the joy of the chocolate, gum, and fizzy lifting drinks. ***Due to current Covid restrictions, seating is limited and the DAC will be requiring proof of FDA or WHO-approved vaccination, or negative PCR test results taken within 72hrs of the event***
