Performance Now presents “The Secret Garden” - A compelling tale of forgiveness and renewal in this Tony Award-winning musical. Orphaned, 11 year-old Mary returns to Yorkshire to live with her embittered, reclusive uncle and his invalid son. The estate's many wonders include a magic garden which beckons the children with haunting melodies and the "Dreamers", spirits from Mary's past who guide her through her new life. Songs include “I Heard Someone Crying,” and “Lily’s Eyes.” June 15 – July 1, Fri. /Sat. at 7:30 p.m.; Sat./Sun. at 2 p.m. - $20 - $36 - 303-987-7845 or performancenow.org - Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S.
