Danny Mixon is a prolific piano virtuoso who has performed all over the world. He has performed with renowned performers like Patti Labelle, Sam Brown, Charles Mingus, Lionel Hampton, Joe Williams, and Frank Foster. Danny was one of the first musicians to be honored by the National Jazz Museum in Harlem. Dannys greatest joy is performing, composing, and arranging for his own group The Danny Mixon Trio or Quartet, and has recently completed his new CD entitled The Danny Mixon Trio Live at the Rubin Museum.
