For four evenings in April, going to the theatre will be twice as nice with a double Bill Shakespeare at Soluna in the Strip District. Enjoy cocktails or coffee from the Soluna bar as you watch Pittsburgh Shakespeare in the Parks romp their way through Margaritaville with a Jimmy Buffet-esque take on Twelfth Night. After intermission, the same actors bring Shakespeare to life as he demonstrates the hilariously rough beginnings of many of his iconic scenes and speeches in the world premiere of First Drafts, a new play by Charles David “Stoney” Richards. Doors open at 7:00. Show begins at 7:30. Runtime is approximately 90 minutes, including one intermission. Beverages and light fare will be available for sale before and during the performance, which will be staged in the main bar area of Soluna. CAPACITY is only 40 patrons per performance. If friends want to meet you, please tell them to buy their tickets in advance. There are no reservations or holds. For more information see www.Pittsburghshakespeare.org.
