You will not want to miss THE SANTA BARBARA YOUTH ENSEMBLES’s eighth season at the Lobero with their awe-inspiring youth production of “Les Miserables”! After a stellar year of milestone performances and collaborations, the cast of over 50 actors ages 8-16 will redefine this beloved musical theatre epic. “Les Miserables” is the most challenging and mature material the group has tackled to date, but Janet Adderley–a Broadway & TV veteran herself–has said of her students, “…these kids will knock your socks off!”
SBYET and JANET ADDERLEY’s many talented students continue a long legacy of performances and collaborations with the industry’s finest talents, including recordings with David Foster, Rod Stewart, Andrea Bocelli, Kristin Chenowith, Natalie Cole and Lionel Ritchie to name a few. Their impeccable reputation goes beyond the Santa Barbara community in addition to endorsements of local celebrities including Rob Lowe, Don Johnson and Ivan Reichman.
