Celebrating the 150th anniversary of Strauss’ birth, the Chicago Symphony’s Principal Trombone Jay Friedman will conduct his arrangement for brass ofAn Alpine Symphony. Larry Rachleff will conduct the Prokofiev and Beethoven.
